Family owned and run since 2018. We serve fresh, never frozen products made from dough prepared according to an old family recipe. Our wish is to spread the taste of authentic chimney cakes to more places — and we are looking for the right people to help us do that.
What we're

The Chimney Cake has been a staple at renaissance faires and holiday markets across the US since 2018. The product is proven, the audience is loyal, and there are still many regions and festivals we haven't reached yet.
We are looking for franchise partners who share our values — quality, authenticity, and a genuine passion for the product. In return, we provide everything needed to run a successful booth under The Chimney Cake name.
This is not a passive investment opportunity. We are looking for owner-operators who will be present at the booth, who care about the product, and who want to build something lasting.

Fresh, never frozen. A recipe inherited since 1890, adapted for American festivals over a decade on the circuit.
Chimney cakes are visual, aromatic, and social — they draw a crowd. Our booth has been a festival highlight since 2018.
Beyond the classic cake — lángos, the chimney dog, and seasonal specials give the booth variety and repeat customers.
We currently operate in six states. There are hundreds of festivals across the country we have not yet reached.
