• Return Policy

  You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at hello@thechimneycake.com first — we'll approve it and send you the return address. Anything sent back without a request can't be accepted.

  Items need to come back unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — in that case contact us straight away and we'll make it right.

  Once a return is approved, you're refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Read the full return policy.

• Shipping

  Merch is made to order — printed by our partner in the US once your order comes in. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then another 2–5 business days for delivery within the continental US.

  You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Standard shipping is $4.99, free on orders over $60. We ship within the United States only.
