You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at orders@thechimneycake.com first — we'll approve it and send you the return address. Anything sent back without a request can't be accepted.
Items need to come back unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — in that case contact us straight away and we'll make it right.
Once a return is approved, you're refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Read the full return policy.
