- Milled and blended in small batches · Florida

Four steps.
One tradition.
Combine the mix with water. Stir until smooth — everything you need is printed on the tin.
Wind the dough in a tight spiral around a jar or tin can. Press firmly so it holds shape while baking.
Into the oven, until golden and hollow, pulling away from the sides — that's when it's ready.
Slide off the jar while warm, pull apart in rings, and eat immediately. There are never leftovers.

Common
questions.
No. The kit is designed for a standard home oven. You hold the rod and turn it by hand every few minutes — that's the traditional method and it works perfectly.
It comes down to patience. Give the dough time to rise, and the oven takes care of the rest. The hardest part is waiting.
The Core Edition is our original dough — hints of apple, clean and classic. The Renaissance Faire Edition uses a different spice blend developed for our faire season — a little more complex, a little more festive.
We ship every day from our kitchen in Florida via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days anywhere in the US.
